Fest Iner Sun: Trust – the basis of authentic relating

Trust is one of the most valuable—but also most delicate—ingredients in human relationships. Without it, communication breaks down, and collaboration becomes nearly impossible. Whether in friendships, romantic relationships, family bonds, or professional environments, trust is what keeps connections healthy and resilient.

Trust is not given automatically—it is built over time through consistency, honesty, and actions that align with words. It involves the belief that another person will act with integrity, keep entrusted information confidential, and have good intentions.

In this practice, in a gentle and playful way, we will:

• explore whether and to what extent we trust life;
• investigate the boundaries of trust—how much we allow ourselves to open up, and when and with whom it is appropriate to reveal ourselves fully;
• heal our faith in ourselves;
• listen to the voice of our soul, our intuition, which always guides us toward what is good for us.
